KIM BRIDGE
"We are architects of the mind with an aim to transform ideas into action and action into impact."
The Next Wave Of Human Potential And Bi-Cultural Wellbeing
Kim Bridge has a lifetime of experience in training and facilitation. He has been at the forefront of human and behaviour change since the outset of his career in 1984.
After many years of investigating matters of Indigenous wellbeing, Kim came to realise that sustainable wellbeing - whether in the workplace, part of a team or even our own relationship to the world around us, we need a deep understanding and the belief in the self.
He came to realise that he wanted to be part of a 'wave of human potential and bi-cultural wellbeing'; and now Kim dedicates much of his professional time working on transformational leadership with Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal organisations, to facilitate a genuinely sustainable approach to positive change for all Australians.
